Mike was recommended to us by another basement/foundation contractor. He lifted several sunken joists that were resting on deteriorated brick supports and closed the gaps between the floor and the quarter round in two areas of our house, which is about 150 years old. I had a great experience with Illinois Selective Demolition. From the first call, Mike was straightforward and knowledgeable, and you can tell he’s been doing this a long time. We needed waterproofing and a new sump pump installed, and the whole process was smooth and well organized. Everything was completed on schedule and the basement has been completely leak free since. It’s hard to find a company in the Naperville and Chicagoland area that handles both detailed foundation repair and larger all demolition or commercial work with the same level of care.
